Return Eligibility

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Ship the package using the recommended carrier.

Refunds

Exchanges

Handmade Product Notice
Our bags are carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans. Small differences in color, texture, stitching, or dimensions are part of the handmade process and make each product unique. These natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
