  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 Business Days
  • Canada: 5–10 Business Days
  • Europe: 7–15 Business Days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 Business Days
  • International Orders: 10–20 Business Days

Shipping Rates

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your package.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the package and product immediately.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and photos when submitting your request.

We will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution.

Handmade Product Processing

Because many of our products are handcrafted, certain items may require additional preparation time before shipment. This ensures every product meets our quality standards before it leaves our workshop.

If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been received.
